FRC Group’s FRC Component Products is a leading manufacturer for custom antennas, supporting commercial and military avionics across the world. We have significant experience in RF and microwave technology, offering processes such as fiberglass lay-up, resistivity coating, encapsulation, painting, and circuit card assembly. We can design and manufacture both linear and circular antennas with frequencies ranging from 0.2000 MHz to 6000 MHz. The antennas are capable of performing in demanding environments and can operate in temperatures between -65 ºC to 125 ºC. From passive peak gain to RF interference ratings, we can customize our antennas according to the customer’s exact specifications.

Our antennas are used for applications including broadband wireless access (BWA) and terrestrial & satellite communications. We can manufacture ADF, VOR, and TACAN antennas for navigational needs. For communications projects, we can build high performance VHF, VHF/UHF, and VHF/FM/AM units. Our electrical and mechanical assembly services, software development, and testing are performed in-house. Every custom antenna undergoes a rigorous quality process involving various test stations, anechoic chambers, enclosed screen rooms, and “free-space” fuselage simulations. We have the talent, knowledge, and resources to build additional communication and navigational accessories including glidescopes, marker beacons, and distance measuring antennas.

Founded in 1977, we’ve become a premier supplier of avionics components and broadband wireless products. Our seasoned team has been instrumental in developing groundbreaking wireless solutions for various market segments across the world. Whether it’s WiMAX or tactical air navigation, we can fabricate antennas for an array of industries including aerospace, military, telecommunications, utilities, and many more. We’re committed to providing the customer with value, performance, and the highest quality products possible. All of our work conforms to standards by FAA, ANSI, MIL-SPEC, NADCAP, SAE, and ASTM.
